Yes. The GCODE Systems is built to meet HIPAA and FERPA compliance requirements. We use AES-256 encryption, per-organization encryption keys, role-based access controls, two-factor authentication, and complete audit trails. A Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is available for organizations handling protected health information.
